How your reservation, deposit and hire work.
Your deposit
A £50 deposit reserves your vehicle. The balance of your hire is due when you collect the vehicle.
Confirmation
Paying your deposit sends us your request. We check availability and confirm your booking on WhatsApp or by email within 4 hours (9am to 9pm). If we cannot provide a suitable vehicle, we refund your deposit in full straight away.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel more than 48 hours before your pick-up time and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Refunds are returned to the card you paid with.
Who can hire
Drivers must be 25 or over and have held a full driving licence for at least 2 years. Please bring your driving licence and a recent proof of address when you collect.
Insurance
Fully comprehensive insurance is included with every hire. Excess, mileage and fuel terms are confirmed with your quote before collection.
